Speed Training Plan for Football, Baseball, Soccer and Softball

This training program isn’t designed for track and field athletes. For track and field training, please see other training programs.
This is a general speed training plan that focuses on workouts that are designed to help you run a faster 40 yard dash for football, 60 yard dash for baseball and generally increasing short sprint speed in your sport.
This workout program is designed for you to maximize your speed in these sports and be the best player that you can be.
These workouts are designed for athletes needing to be very fast from 5 yards to 60 yards and they aren’t track and field interval based workouts.

Custom Fitness Plan

I will work with you to create a custom workout routine based on your personal goals.
The workouts will be based on how many days a week you can go to the gym, how long you can spend each day and what you are trying to accomplish with the plan. Things like building size and strength or more of a focus on toning and burning fat.
The workouts will include exactly what exercises you need to do to reach your goals
It will also include the exact sets and rep ranges for each exercise. I will also provide a cardio routine along with my ab circuit routine.

I will work with you to develop a diet plan based on what foods you enjoy and what your fitness goals are.
My goal as with anything else I do is it has to be sustainable. It’s about changing your lifestyle so you can “diet” for the rest of your life and it’s not some crazy fast that you can’t keep up for more than a week.
This plan will allow for weekly check-ups and adjustments to your plan for 4 weeks.
This plan allows you to contact me so that you can ask questions and we can make adjustments based on your results during the first couple of weeks.

You will receive a day by day workout routine that will last for one month of training.
It will include workouts with the exact amount of reps, rest and instructions with what they are working on (speed, endurance, acceleration, etc).
