My goal as with anything else I do is it has to be sustainable. It’s about changing your lifestyle so you can “diet” for the rest of your life and it’s not some crazy fast that you can’t keep up for more than a week.
This plan will allow for weekly check-ups and adjustments to your plan for 4 weeks.
