I will work with you to create a custom workout routine based on your personal goals.
The workouts will be based on how many days a week you can go to the gym, how long you can spend each day and what you are trying to accomplish with the plan. Things like building size and strength or more of a focus on toning and burning fat.
The workouts will include exactly what exercises you need to do to reach your goals
It will also include the exact sets and rep ranges for each exercise. I will also provide a cardio routine along with my ab circuit routine.
